To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

The item must be free from makeup stains, scents, damages, or alterations.
Items returned that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer.
