Orders are packed at Yaya Centre and dispatched the same working day when placed before 3pm.
Delivered by our own courier. Free on orders over KSh 20,000, otherwise KSh 350. Same-day collection at the shop is always available.
Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri and beyond, by tracked courier to your door or nearest agent.
Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and Ethiopia, shipped with DHL and tracked from our counter to yours. Duties are payable on arrival.
Exchanges
Within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags. We offer exchanges or store credit, not refunds.
Alterations
Hems and adjustments are done at the shop, priced by the work needed. For orders outside Nairobi, send us your measurements before dispatch and we will alter first.
Payment
M–Pesa, Visa and Mastercard on a secure connection. Bank transfer for orders above KSh 100,000.
Tracking
A tracking number reaches you by SMS and WhatsApp on dispatch. For anything urgent, message us and a person will answer.
