How long will it take to receive my order?
Within Nairobi (if the order is placed before 4pm) - same day *for an extra cost (450-500 Ksh)
Within Nairobi (next day) - 350 Ksh
Outside of Nairobi but within Kenya (2-3 days) *500 Ksh

Our store is located on:
1st Floor, Yaya Centre, Argwings Kohdek Road, Nairobi, Kenya
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship to all parts of the world. Please keep in mind there are different rates for each country as well as shipping times.
This will all be displayed and calculated on our checkout page.
Who pays for the delivery back to us?
We charge the customer for any orders sent back but if exchanged with another item we pay for the delivery back.
What if it doesn't fit?
Once you inform us via DM or calling our customer service number (+254 701 620 999) we will instruct the delivery person to pick the order up again and we can exchange it for another item or give you store credit for your next purchase.
How do I place an order?
Everything on our online site is live synced with our stores inventory.
Unless there in an error in our numbers you can easily place your order via our site and get your item delivered straight to you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
You can contact us via email at: laelegant.business@gmail.com and we will change the shipping address straight away.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email following the placement of your order.
We will also ring you (Kenyan orders only) and confirm delivery timings.
