At La Elegant, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

We accept returns for exchanges or store credit only. 

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The item must be free from makeup stains, scents, damages, or alterations.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer.
