Returns Policy
We ship all items from our stores in Nairobi, we only accept returns when the item/s all tags are still on the items and show no signs of being worn/damaged/washed- including no perfume scents or makeup marks. These returns must occur within 7 days of delivery for a full refund OR credit note minus the deliver costs. However in the situation we sent the wrong order we will pay the full shipping costs (you received an incorrect order etc.).
If all tags are still on and the item is unworn or shows no signs of damage or makeup marks you should expect to receive your refund within 1 week or your credit note within 2 days of giving your package to the delivery person, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the delivery person(1 to 4 business days within Kenya), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days)

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
