Our delivery personnel are aware they will need to wait up to 10 mins for you to try on the items . If you take longer then 10 minutes the driver will leave and we assume you have accepted the items. If there is anything you don't want and the delivery driver is still there there is no charge for returning the item since they can still take the item from you within that time period.
Our store is located in Nairobi- 1st Floor, Yaya Centre or Ground Floor. If you would like to return items you can also drop them and exchange it in store or we can organise for a rider to pick up the item and we will charge a standard fee of 300 ksh.
We usually indicate the sizes (what country reference the size is e.g. UK sizing or US sizing etc. so please check first before continuing with your order.
